Pois com os tempos de crise, há que usar a imaginação e, se não dá para uma refeição, não quer dizer que seja para o lixo! Vou deixar aqui um exemplo muito reconfortante e quentinho, mesmo a calhar para estes dias frios, de como aproveitar os restos de carne picada (&lt;a href="http://bimbylight.blogspot.com/2012/02/carne-picada-moi.html"&gt;"à moi"&lt;/a&gt; ou qualquer receita do género que costumem usar).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes (4 pessoas):&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2-3 colheres de sopa de "restos de carne picada"&lt;br /&gt;- 2 colheres de sopa de cubinhos de bacon&lt;br /&gt;- 2 malaguetas&lt;br /&gt;- 1 couve chinesa pequena&lt;br /&gt;- aprox. 1 l de água&lt;br /&gt;- Manteiga, sal, pimenta e azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num tacho coloque o bacon, a manteiga, o azeite e as malaguetas desfeitas e deixe fritar um pouco o bacon. Junte os restos de carne e deixe aquecer, juntando em seguida a couve para saltear um pouco. Quando a cove já estiver mais "mole" junte água (sensivelmente 1 litro), e deixe acabar de cozer a couve, rectificando o tempero quando estiver perto do fim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Thing is: não é para me gabar, mas fica mesmo muito boa, portanto, é esquecer o nome e... OM NOM NOM NOM!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes (6 pessoas):&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 700g carne para guisar picada&lt;br /&gt;- 4 mini linguiças continente (1/2 pacote)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 folha de louro &lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 pimento vermelho&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 pimento verde (pode ser previamente assado ou crú)&lt;br /&gt;- 3 chalotas&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tomates&lt;br /&gt;- 8 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;- Sal, pimenta, cravinho, colorau, calda de tomate, vinho tinto, azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cortar em pedacinhos pequenos a linguiça e picar os pimentos, cebola, alho, tomate e chalotas (eu prefiro picar à mão para que fiquem mesmo em pedacinhos e não "tipo molho").&lt;br /&gt;Colocar num tacho, em lume alto, o azeite, o louro e a linguiça e deixar "fritar" um pouco. Em seguida, juntar todos os ingredientes que esteve a picar e deixar refogar até a cebola e as chalotas estarem transparentes. Nesta altura pode, enquanto refoga, juntar também todos os temperos. Por fim, acrescente a carne, deixando "fritar" um pouco, mexendo sempre, e vá adicionando aos poucos e vinho tinto (não mais que 1 copo) e a calda de tomate (não mais que 1/2 chávena) apenas para que se mantenha com molho suficiente para a cozedura. Quando verificar que a carne já está mais ou menos uniforme e que tem molho suficiente, deixe finalizar a cozedura em lume médio mexendo o tacho de vez em quando. torna-se mais difícil quando temos assim um prato preferido que simplesmente não dispensamos mas... inclui massa :( Estão aqui fica uma alternativa &lt;i&gt;low-carb&lt;/i&gt; ao esparguete que, surpreendentemente, faz muito melhor figura que se possa à partida pensar!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes (2 pessoas):&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 courgettes grandes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Sal e azeite q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(- O molho de eleição)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Colocar num tacho uma boa quantidade de água com sal e azeite em lume alto e esperar que levante fervura. Entretanto, descascar as courgettes e corta-las em tiras fininhas. Quando a água estiver a ferver, colocar as courgettes e contar 3 minutos a partir do momento em que volte a levantar fervura (cerca de 5 minutos no total desde que se colocam as courgettes). Corte o abaxi em cubos e pique as chalotas e os dentes de alho. Retire os bifes da frigideira antes de estarem completamente cozinhados e coloque na frigideira as chalotas, o bacon, o açafrão, o gengibre e o alho picado e cozinhe até o alho começar a ficar castanho. Neste momento junte os cubos de abacaxi e salteie mais um pouco. Entretando "desfie" a mozarella à mão. Finalmente junte o leite de côco à frigideira, envolva tudo e deixe ferver. Distribua os bifes num pirex, cobrindo com o molho e colocando no topo a mozarella. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a gratinar durante 5 minutos. Refogue em lume alto mexendo sempre para que o alho não queime. Quando a cebola estiver transparente, junte o risotto e mexa durante uns segundo, envolvendo todo o conteúdo do refogado. Adicione água (cobrindo 1 dedo acima do risotto) e mexa. Deixe levantar fervura e depois vá sempre mexendo. acrescentando água à medida que esta vai evaporando até atingir o ponto de cozedura do risotto desejado.&lt;br /&gt;Sirva IMEDIATAMENTE com raspas de queijo parmesão a por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não se esqueça: o Risotto é sempre o convidado de honra - todos esperam por ele, ele não espera por ninguém e nunca pode ser deixado sozinho! Para mim o vegetal de eleição cozinhado da forma que mais gosto. É extremamente simples mas como já ouvi tantas vezes a pergunta "como cozinhas os espargos", achei que merecia constar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-1 molho de espargos verdes frescos&lt;br /&gt;- sal grosso qb&lt;br /&gt;- azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num grelhador de fogão, deite um fio de azeite e tente distribui-lo pela superfície (se deixar aquecer um pouco é mais fácil). Coloque os espargos lavados e secos (corte a parte mais grossa e branca do pé) no grelhador e polvilhe com sal grosso a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhe em lume médio-alto, de forma a que fiquem com as marcas do grelhador por fora mas mantenham a consistência estaladiça. Cerca de 7 minutos serão suficientes, mais que isso começam a ficar demasiado moles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bom apetite... Disponha os 4 filetes num pirex, cobrindo com 1 fio de azeite. Coloque 1 colher de café de manteiga em cima de cada filete, e polvilhe com sal grosso e as especiarias. Leve ao forno até se apresentar praticamente terminado. Nesta fase, retire o pirex do forno e coloque 2 colheres de sopa de natas em cima de cada filete e cubra-os com uma quantidade generosa de amêndoas laminadas. Polvilhar com todos os restantes ingredientes, reservando apenas 1 pacote de natas e o queijo. Colocar no forno a 200º durante cerca de 20 minutos. Verificar se ao fim deste tempo o peixe está praticamente cozinhado, adicionar as restantes natas e cobrir com o queijo, deixando mais 5 minutos (pode ligar o grill se desejar). O sabor não é o mesmo, claro, ficando a couve-flor mais parecida com cous-cous do que com arroz, no entanto é uma boa alternativa para quem quer arrancar com&lt;i&gt; low-carb&lt;/i&gt; e sente a falta de "qualquer coisa" no prato, para além das verduras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes (6 pessoas):&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 tomates pequenos maduros&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pimento verde&lt;br /&gt;1 couv-flor (só parte branca) &lt;br /&gt;pimenta, sal, coentros, azeite, vinho branco q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque todos os ingredientes menos a couve-flor e o vinho branco num tacho e deixe refogar, mexendo de vez em quando, até o pimento estar macio (encurtará o tempo se utilizar o pimento já assado, devendo neste caso guiar-se pela cebola, que deve estar transparente).&lt;br /&gt;Na Bimby, coloque a couve-flor partida em pedaços e dê alguns toque de turbo até se encontrar com a consistência desejada (foto em baixo).&lt;br /&gt;Quando o refogado estiver no ponto desejado, deite um pouco de vinho branco e deixe ferver, juntando de seguida a couve-flor picada, envolvendo-a no refogado e mexendo sempre durante uns segundos.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione água de forma a que a couve flor fique coberta (tenha em conta que a couve-flor não vai absorver a água como o arroz, pelo que deve adicionar menos, apenas a cobrir, como indicado, ainda fica "malandro" como se vê nas fotos).&lt;br /&gt;Deixe a couve cozinhar até ao ponto que desejar. Eis que me ocorre o seguinte: "Ora os cogumelos já estão para o risotto, o salmão para o prato de peixe..... Marisco! Marisco ainda não está em lado nenhum! Siga para o camarão... Então e para dar côr? Muito bem, venham os espargos e o tomate Cherry!" Resultado...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cestinhas Mediterrânicas:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes (4 doses):&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem de massa folhada continente &lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola pequena (picada)&lt;br /&gt;8 Tomates Cherry (cortados ao meio)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Embalagem de miolo de camarão cozido congelado da iglo&lt;br /&gt;1 Dente de alho (picado)&lt;br /&gt;4 espargos verdes frescos (cortados às fatias deixando a parte superior com 3 cm)&lt;br /&gt;1/3 pimento verde pequeno (picado)&lt;br /&gt;Coentros, orégãos, sal e pimenta preta (moída na altura), vinagre balsâmico, azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ligar o forno para ir aquecendo a 200º.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar a cebola, o alho, o camarão (congelado, se estiver descongelado colocar só no fim com os vegetais), as ervas, o azeite e o vinagre balsâmico no wok e deixar cozinhar em lume baixo.&lt;br /&gt;Enquanto os ingredientes acima cozinham até ficarem macios, estender a massa e cortar quatro círculos e 4 pequenos rectângulos.&lt;br /&gt;Numa folha de papel vegetal, colocada no tabuleiro do forno, colocar os círculos e dobrar as bordas cerca de um centímetro para ficarem com a forma de cestos de cerca de 5 cm de diâmetro. Resolvi o problema com as duas opções seguintes, que se revelaram bastante satisfatórias e reconfortantes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Tofu no microondas&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 3 fatias finas (0.5 cm) de tofu&lt;br /&gt;- Sumo de 1/2 limão&lt;br /&gt;- Mistura de pimentas q.b. (moída na altura)&lt;br /&gt;- Alho em pó q.b.&lt;br /&gt;- Tabasco&lt;br /&gt;(Pode retirar ou juntar qualquer tempero que prefira)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Temperar as fatias de tofu com os outros ingredientes, colocar em recipiente próprio 3 minutos aprox. no microondas à potência máxima. (Verificar quando a textura do tofu começa a ficar mais seca e compacta.)&lt;br /&gt;VOILÁ! Baixíssimo em calorias, refrescante e delicioso!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Maçã com canela no Microondas&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 maçã&lt;br /&gt;- Canela a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cortar a maçã em quartos e tirar os caroços (não descascar), polvilhar com a canela e colocar 3 minutos aprox. no microondas à potência máxima. A maçã deverá ficar com uma consistência mais suave mas não completamente assada. VOILÁ!!! Uma bela opção para quando se está mesmo a precisar de um docinho :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não são receitas geniais mas fiquei bastante satisfeita com o resultado, principalmente porque consegui uma receitinha de sumo rápida que experimentei hoje de manha e gostei bastante!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;2 cenouras médias&lt;br /&gt;2 kiwis&lt;br /&gt;0.5 l água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento:&lt;br /&gt;Descascar e cortar ao meio as cenouras e os kiwis, colocar tudo com a água dentro da Bimby e programar 1:30, vel 7.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sugestões:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Vou experimentar juntar um pouco de gengibre e limão para a próxima que me parece que pode combinar com o sabor obtido.&lt;br /&gt;- No verão, substituir metade da água por gelo.&lt;br Quem, como eu, tem uma Bimby, sabe bem como é dificil cingir-se a coisas simples e leves quando é tão fácil fazer pratos elaborados e deliciosos seguindo as receitas dos livros e quase sem termos de nos mexer ou pensar! heheh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pois juntemos o útil ao agradável!
